MINUTE ORDER <br />JOINT CITY COUNCIL / SUCCESSOR AGENCY BOARD <br />PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY MEETING <br />Auaust 27. 2018 <br />MO. 18-156 <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br />Date: August 28, 2018 <br />Attention: City Attorney <br />Community Development Director <br />**hard copy available upon request** <br />SUBJECT: Amendment to Stormwater Treatment Measures Maintenance Agreement <br />for the site improvements for Stanford Health Care at <br />420-460 Broadway <br />AGENDA ITEM: 6.11 (304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on August 27, 2018. <br />Present: Council Members, Aguirre, Borgens, Gee, Howard, Masur, Seybert, and Mayor Bain <br />M/S Aguirre/Howard to approve item 6.1.1, approve and authorize the City Manager to <br />execute Amendment No. 1 to the Amended and Restated Agreement for Professional <br />Services with CDM Smith, Inc., extending the term of the agreement for a period of two years, <br />regarding a feasibility study for the Downtown Transit Center and Broadway Streetcar line. <br />By motion, to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the second amendment to <br />Stormwater Treatment Measures Maintenance Agreement with Stanford Health Care. <br />Motion passes 6-0-1 by electronic vote with Councilmember Gee recused and <br />abstained. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
