EXHIBIT A <br />Three areas of service: <br />A. Recording Services <br />B. Support Services <br />C. Training <br />With the option of two (2) one-year renewals. <br />A. Recording Services <br />City Council / Planning Commission Meeting coverage: <br />City of Redwood City will be billed on a monthly, for a total not to exceed <br />$15,000 annually, for up to an estimated 176 meeting hours. <br />PenTV will provide the following services: <br />o Record all City Council and Planning meetings on the schedule provided. <br />o Provide two operators at all meetings <br />o Track hours and provide monthly billing statements reports on status <br />of hours used and balance remaining. <br />Please note the following terms and conditions: <br />o A minimum of three hours will be billed for all meetings. <br />o If a meeting is canceled with less than 5 business (M -F) days' <br />notice, three hours will be charged against the allotted hours. <br />o Invoices will be submitted monthly <br />0 3% increase per year for services <br />If recording services rendered at mid -year is less than $9,690, PenTV and the <br />City will evaluate additional support services for communications/marketing. <br />B. Support Services <br />Support services will be billed at $15,000 / year and will include the <br />following items: <br />o Unlimited access to PenTV's bulletin board for posting announcements <br />o Support acknowledged on PenTV website <br />o Non -profits to appear on PenTV Pen Voice TV show <br />0 3 Professionally edited promotional videos for city initiatives (up to 2 <br />minutes each) <br />o Record one city-wide event. <br />o Discount on additional services (15%) <br />REV: 08-21-18 VR <br />Page 7 of 8 <br />ATTY/AG R.2018.160/Pen N <br />
