EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Consultant will perform a compensation study for the positions of: Assistant City <br />Attorney, Assistant City Manager, Assistant Public Works Director, City Attorney, City <br />Clerk, City Manager, Community Development Director, Community Development <br />Services Manager -Building, Community Development Services Manager -Engineering, <br />Community Development Manager -Planning, Communications Manager, Deputy City <br />Attorney, Deputy City Manager, Deputy Police Chief, Economic Development Manager, <br />Finance Director, Financial Services Manager, Fire Chief, Human Resources Manager, <br />Information Technology Manager, Library Director, Police Captain, Police Chief, Public <br />Works Director, Senior Assistant City Attorney. <br />SCHEDULE OF STUDY: <br />This study is estimated to take approximately 200 hours and 12 weeks to complete. <br />This study will include collecting and assessing data from market comparator cities, and <br />providing a total compensation study for each of the Executive Management <br />classifications. <br />PROFESSIONAL FEES: <br />Consultant will bill City at a rate of $134.00 per hour and provide monthly billings to the <br />City for hours worked during that month.
