6.1.A. - Page 4 AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (Moore, lacofcano, Goltsman, Inc.) This Amendment No. 1 is entered into and effective as of the day of 2018, amending the Agreement dated April 11, 2016 by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation ("City"), and Moore, lacofano, Goltsman, Inc., ("Consultant") (collectively, the "Parties") for the 851 Main Street project. RECITALS A. On April 11, 2016, the Parties executed a Professional Services Agreement (the "Agreement'); and B. The Parties negotiated and agreed to additional fees caused be the need to expedite work under the Agreement, and this Amendment memorializes that agreement. AGREEMENT NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: 1. City will pay Consultant for all work associated with those services described in Exhibit "A" of the Agreement an additional amount not to exceed Twenty Five Thousand Two Hundred Ninety Seven Dollars and Eighty Six Cents ($25,297.86), for an aggregate amount of ($147,395.86). Consultant will provide City, on a monthly basis, copies of invoices sufficiently detailed to include hours performed, hourly rates, and related activities and costs for approval by City. 2. All other provisions of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect. 3. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by Consultant pursuant to the Agreement will include coverage for this Amendment. 4. The individuals executing this Amendment and the instruments referenced in it on behalf of Consultant each represent and warrant that they have the legal power, right and actual authority to bind Consultant to the terms and conditions of this Amendment.
