The Findings and <br />Recommendations and the City's response are detailed as follows: <br />Findings <br />Finding 1: Untreated opioid overdoes can cause brain damage and death. <br />Response - The City agrees with the finding. <br />Finding 2: Naloxone is a safe, nontoxic drug that can stop and reverse the effects of <br />opioid overdose. <br />Response - The City agrees with the finding. <br />Finding 3: Narcan is a brand of intranasal naloxone, which can be successfully <br />
