PROFESSIONAL COMPENSATION <br />Verde Design proposes the following fixed fee schedule for the identified design services <br />that will provide the following improvements: <br />Phase Fee Amount <br />Project Start-up 1 Site Assessment: $11,400 <br />Initial Design: $19,130 <br />Pre -final Design: $11,080 <br />Final Package: $ 7,440 <br />Bid Support 1 Construction Administration: $11,090 <br />Reimbursable Allowance: $ 1.320 <br />FEE SUBTOTAL: $61,460 <br />The above fee is based on the anticipated work effort that will be required to successfully <br />complete this project, and includes all reasonable reimbursable expenses that are <br />outlined to be included in the project scope and the provided products. Additional <br />requested reimbursables will be entitled to bill reimbursable expenses as noted on the <br />attached Charge Rate Schedule in Exhibit B. Additional services will be charged on a <br />time and material basis. <br />Should the project be delayed beyond the agreed upon project schedule by the City to a <br />level that puts the project on hold, as determined by the City, a re -start fee will apply.
