6.2.A. - Page 45 <br />i. For the purpose of this endorsement, the following definitions are added: <br />a. "Loss" means those sums that you become legally obligated to pay as damages because of "bodily <br />injury "property damage" or "personal and advertising injury" to which the insurance afforded <br />under the policy to which this endorsement is attached applies. <br />b. "Loss adjustment expense" means claim expenditures including, but not limited to, defense costs, <br />court costs and such other costs that are reasonably necessary for the proper defense and <br />investigation of any claim. <br />"Loss adjustment expense" does not include the administrative costs or fees of any Administrator <br />designated or appointed by you for the purpose of providing claims services under your "Self- <br />insured retention", These administrative costs or fees are your sole responsibility. <br />c.
