6.2.A. - Page 50 <br />THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY, PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following; <br />COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE FORM <br />The Named Insured listed in Item I of the Declarations is hereby amended to include all properly licensed <br />contractors that are "enrolled" in the Owner or Contractor Controlled Insurance Program (the "Program") for <br />the Project by the Wrap Administrator. Such "enrollment" must take place prior to any "occurrence" for <br />which coverage is sought under this Policy. <br />"Enroll" and "enrollment" means the authorized participation in the Program for the Project, and commences <br />at the earlier of the following times: <br />(a) the execution of a subcontractor contract or agreement covering work that is part of the Project, if <br />such contract or agreement stipulates "enrollment" and such contract has been approved in writing by <br />the Wrap Administrator; or <br />(b) the Wrap Administrator issues the independent contractor a Certificate of Enrollment in the Program. <br />Should the Wrap Administrator agree to exempt the independent contractor from the Program and issues <br />the Independent contractor a Certificate of Non -enrollment, then that Independent contractor Is not enrolled <br />in the Program and has no coverage under this Policy. <br />All other terms and conditions of this Policy remain unchanged <br />GL330191 1012 <br />AT I n419171Z nn n Jxrr1 ua'rhnr C.nmm1,nitj,Q i.U' Paras 52 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
