Carmel neighborhood, to include Arch Street and <br />Lexington Avenue, and find that the proposed action is exempt from the <br />requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under <br />CEQA Guidelines Sections 15303 (New Construction and Small Structures) <br />and 15305 (Minor Alterations in Land Use Limitations) <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />EXPANDING THE RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING AREA "S" TO ARCH <br />STREET AND LEXINGTON AVENUE IN THE MT. CARMEL NEIGHBORHOOD; <br />AND AUTHORIZING THE ERECTION OF APPROPRIATE SIGNS AND THE <br />ISSUANCE OF PERMITS FOR SAID AREA <br />C.
