Recommendation: <br />Adopt a Resolution Authorizing the Bay Area Water Supply and <br />Conservation Agency to Negotiate with the City and County of San <br />Francisco to Amend the Water Supply Agreement with Wholesale Water <br />Agencies <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AUTHORIZING THE BAY AREA WATER SUPPLY AND CONSERVATION <br />AGENCY TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO <br />TO AMEND THE WATER SUPPLY AGREEMENT <br />6.3 B. Expand the Residential Parking Permit Area "S" to Arch Street and <br />Lexington Avenue <br />Staff contact: Christian Hammack, Parking and Transportation Demand Manager 780-7378 <br />chammack@redwoodcity.org <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution to expand the existing Residential Permit Parking (RPP) <br />Area "S" in the Mt. Carmel neighborhood, to include Arch Street and <br />Lexington Avenue, and find that the proposed action is exempt from the <br />requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under <br />CEQA Guidelines Sections 15303 (New Construction and Small Structures) <br />and 15305 (Minor Alterations in Land Use Limitations) <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />EXPANDING THE RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING AREA "S" TO ARCH <br />STREET AND LEXINGTON AVENUE IN THE MT. CARMEL NEIGHBORHOOD; <br />AND AUTHORIZING THE ERECTION OF APPROPRIATE SIGNS AND THE <br />ISSUANCE OF PERMITS FOR SAID AREA <br />C.
