2. That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement" by and between the City <br />of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, by and <br />through its Board of Port Commissioners ("Port of Redwood City") and The Dutra <br />Group, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the Port Executive <br />Director, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is <br />hereby approved, and the Port Executive Director and the Port Executive <br />Secretary are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the Port of Redwood City. <br />3. Any and all informalities or irregularities in the aforementioned bid of <br />The Dutra Group are hereby waived. <br />4. The Port Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return to the unsuccessful bidders (and to the successful bidder upon execution <br />by it of the aforementioned agreement and of the Payment and Performance <br />Bonds referred to therein), all securities guaranteeing execution of said <br />agreement upon award. <br />-2- Reso P-2387 <br />Reso <br />DKS <br />09/12/18 <br />
