Bothman Construction of Santa Clara, California for <br />their responsive and responsible low bid in the amount of $5,553,436.00, and authorize the <br />City Manager to increase the contract amount, if necessary, up to 10% of the amount <br />awarded through the addition of park impact fees, not to exceed $6,108,779.00, and find the <br />project categorically exempt from CEQA under Guidelines Sections 15301, 15302, 15304, <br />and 15311. <br />The motion passes 6-0 by electronic vote, with Councilmember Gee absent. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
