i*:cI 14 11" SCOPE OF SERVICES Description of Services to be Provided by Contractor Contractor shall provide the following services: • Contractor to provide training services to teach workplace skills at a facility designated by the City of Redwood City. • Contractor and Redwood City will mutually agree upon the actual dates/times of the training(s) will be offered. • Contractor shall receive 5 workings days' notice of class cancellations. Classes cancelled with less than 5 working days' notice will be rescheduled. • Contractor agrees that course materials will become the property of the City of Redwood City if the City pays development or course customization fees. This does not include any copyrighted materials. • Contractor agrees to submit the workshop roster and evaluation sheets to the City at the completion of the course and prior to payment of the invoice. • Contractor agrees to submit any PowerPoint presentations to be preloaded or installed two weeks prior to the class. • Contractor agrees to provide students with all materials/workbooks for the course. • Contractor agrees that the course will include clear learning objectives on course content and that the course be designed towards meeting the needs of adult learners. Contractor agrees that all per student material/assessment charges are based on the actual number of students attending the courses. Khalfani Consulting Rate Fees: Course Development $187.50 per hour (2 -hour minimum) • Course Facilitation $187.50 per hour (2 -hour minimum) o September 6 o September 13 • Course Materials $5.00 per student (workbook/handouts) Contractor will be paid in one installment upon completion of all services and submission of invoice to City.
