This goal <br />includes the provision of special needs housing: <br />AH -3: Improve the condition of existing housing (renter and owner) <br />Description of Services to be Provided: <br />National Rebuilding Day unites the largest nationwide group of volunteers to <br />rehabilitate homes and community facilities each year on the last Saturday in April. <br />Home repair and renovation will be completed for low-income Redwood City <br />homeowners by volunteers to help preserve existing affordable housing. <br />Primary Quantitative Objectives: <br />National Rebuilding Day - Home Rehabilitation Program will serve 5 Redwood City <br />persons. <br />NOTE: Performance will be measured by program objectives and quantitative goals.
