<br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />0680..{:~ <br /> <br />BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />* * * * * * <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THESE AMENDMENTS TO THE <br />AGREEMENTS WITH THE CITY OF DALY CITY AND THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />. AS FISCAL AGENT FOR REDWOOD CITY 2020 FOR THE PROVISIONS OF <br />DIFFERENTIAL RESPONSE SERVICES. THE TERM OF THE AGREEMENTS IS <br />JANUARY 1, 2006 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2008 <br /> <br />RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of <br /> <br />California, that <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on February 7, 2006, the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors <br />approved Agreements with the City of Daly City and the City of Redwood City as fiscal <br /> <br />agent for Redwood City 2020 to provide Differential Response services to at-risk families in <br /> <br />their cities for the term January 1, 2006 through June 30, 2008 in the amount of $995,210 <br /> <br /> <br />for the City of Daly City and in the amount of $907,537 to the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on February 28, 2006, the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors <br /> <br />accepted a grant In the amount of $80,000 from Lucile Packard Foundation for Children's <br />Health to provide enhanced prevention and early intervention services in Daly City and <br /> <br />Redwood City as part of the implementation of Differential Response; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Human Services Agency wishes to amend these Agreements to <br /> <br />add $80,000 for a new total of $1,075,210 to the City of Daly City and add $100,000 for a <br />new total of $1 ,007,537 to the City of Redwood City as Fiscal Agent for Redwood City 2020 <br /> <br />to provide mental health services to Differential Response families in their cities. <br /> <br />(. ~ r [3 r' ..,., <br />. in'" ~J' ., ' <br />.'> '- e.... , <br />
