Provides closure summary in CARE database <br /> <br />VI. <br /> <br />PATH THREE: <br /> <br />ER WORKER: <br /> <br />1) Receives Path Three referral and cross-reports to police. <br /> <br />2) Conducts in-person investigation of child and family with police. If there are risk issues that <br />are substantiated and continue to exist, the Social Worker can provide 30 days of ER <br />services, open a voluntary case, file petition in court. <br /> <br />3) If risk issues cannot be substantiated discusses Differential Response options with client <br />and obtains permission to set a meeting with a community partner.
