<br />ATTACHMENT NO.6 <br /> <br />CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION <br /> <br />THIS CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION ("Certificate") certifies that the <br /> <br />Developer, as defined in that certain document entitled Disposition and Development <br /> <br />Agreement, dated November 1, 1994 ("DDA"), by and between the REDEVELOPMENT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY ("Agency") and MEZES GROUP, INC., a <br /> <br />California corporation ("Developer"), has complied with all terms and conditions <br /> <br />contained in the DDA governing the Developer's obligations to construct the Project <br /> <br />described therein. The development described in the DDA is thus hereby deemed <br /> <br />complete and accepted in all respects by the Agency, within the meaning of Section 519 <br /> <br />of the DDA, and neither the Agency nor any other person shall have any right, remedy <br /> <br />or control pursuant to the DDA hereafter, including without limitation any right to reenter <br /> <br />the property or revest in the Agency the estate conveyed to the Developer or exercise <br /> <br />any other rights provided in Section 810 of the DDA. Furthermore, the encumbrance <br /> <br />created by the following language: <br /> <br />"The Grantor has the limited and conditional right to the return of <br />title and possession of the Property and all improvements thereon, <br />and to the termination and revesting in the Grantor of the estate <br />conveyed to the Grantee hereby, as such right is set forth in <br />Section 810 of the Agreement; provided that such right to <br />reenter, take possession, terminate and revest shall expire and <br />be of no further force or effect upon the recordation by the <br />Grantor of the Certificate of Completion." <br /> <br />Appearing in the deed from the Agency to the Developer, recorded in the Office of the <br /> <br />Recorder of the County of San Mateo on July 29, 1997 as Document No. 97-091545 <br /> <br />and 97-091546 (the "Grant Deed") and in the grant of easement from the Agency to the <br /> <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
