Scone of Work/ Tasks <br />• Remove and properly dispose of approximately 1,400 square feet of white <br />acoustical ceiling spray texture throughout the interior of the main house <br />of Redwood City Fire Station 12 located at 3700 Jefferson Ave. <br />• Provide all labor, equipment and materials needed remove & dispose of the <br />following asbestos containing materials as identified & quantified in the <br />hazmat survey conducted by ProTech Consulting & Engineering, job no. 326 - <br />AA 18, dated May 15, 2018. <br />• Haul all waste to approved asbestos landfill. <br />■ Coordinate third -party CAC to conduct air quality clearance testing prior <br />to occupant re-entry. <br />■ All work provided by R.B. Construction, Inc. must be in strict compliance <br />with all Federal, State and Local codes and regulations pertaining to <br />hazardous materials removal and disposal. <br />2. Pavment Terms. <br />This job will be compensated on a lump -sum basis in the amount not to <br />exceed $13,850 following satisfactory completion of all work outlined in <br />this scope. <br />ATTY/AGR/2018.201/R.B.
