Surplus Property <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By resolution, declare one "1987 Pierce Arrow Fire Engine" surplus and authorize <br />the sale of this vehicle in a manner most advantageous to the city. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 14693 DECLARING CERTAIN DESCRIBED CITY-OWNED PROPERTY <br />SURPLUS; AND AUTHORIZING SALE THEREOF <br /> <br />B. Call for bids for lease of communication facilities site on Emerald Hills water tank <br />site <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />That the City Council adopt a resolution approving lease agreement and bidding <br />documents and authorizing a call for bids for the lease of a communications site on <br />the City of Redwood City water tank property on California Way, Emerald Lake <br />Hills. This 700 sq. ft. area houses a small building with radio equipment, power <br />supply equipment, and antennas. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 14694 APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT AND BIDDING DOCUMENTS <br />FOR LAND CONSISTING OF A PORTION OF THE EMERALD HILLS WATER TANK <br />PROPERTY FOR A COMMUNICATION SITE; AND AUTHORIZING CALL FOR BIDS <br />THEREFORE <br /> <br />6.4 Section - Claims and Warrants <br /> <br />A. She stated that she <br />is not yet a leader, but a junior leader at this time.
