YET! <br /> <br />Negotiations over an infrastructure bond proposal switched from the <br />conference committee that was assigned the issue, to the highest levels of <br />legislative leadership and the governor. There has been an intense effort this <br />week on the part of the "Big 5" to meet the March 10 deadline (today) for <br />placing an infrastructure package on the June ballot. At this writing, however, <br />no deal had been reached.
