SCOPE OF WORK: <br />a. Utilities Inventory of visible accessible utilities within City of Redwood ROW as <br />shown on Exhibit "B" - The use of the word "etc." and "all" is stricken from the <br />contract - per our discussion we will do our very best and meet the standard of <br />care - U/G utility tracing is an inexact science and you may have to use cameras <br />or do potholing to get "all" utilities. Some utilities may not be visible or <br />obstructed. Topographic Limit is strictly limited to back of walk. <br />b. Limit for Woodside Road is up the southern shoulder of Woodside Road, <br />including the stonn drain. <br />c. Includes inverts and top of culvert elevations for creeks and concrete lined <br />channels. <br />d. This is not a boundary survey - we will overlay on City Block Book. <br />e. Inverts and rim elevations of man holes and catch basins are to be included in <br />survey. <br />f. Cross Section Strip topo. at 100 Feet on tangents and 25 feet on curves. <br />
