Contractor agrees to provide to SCDD the services as described herein: <br /> <br />1. Provide program services and products in accordance with Exhibit A, Attachment I, Program <br />Description. <br /> <br />2. Provide all reports required by SCDD as written in this contract. <br /> <br />3. Work and cooperate with the University Centers for Excellence on dissemination/project replication. <br /> <br />4. Monitor the fiscal expenditures and program activities to ensure contract compliance. <br /> <br />B.
