CA 95814 <br /> <br />In additional to the contract documents the contract language will also include: <br />Exhibit C- General Terms and Conditions are provided by the Department of General <br />Services and may be viewed at their website at: "www.ols.dgs.ca.gov/Standard+Language". <br />Since Exhibit C is available electronically, the document, although included in the package to <br />facilitate your review, will only be referenced in the final hardcopy contract package for <br />signature. Please note however that the terms and conditions of Exhibit C are part of the <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />Failure to provide the information requested in this letter will prohibit the SCDD from doing <br />business with your company. This Agreement cannot be considered binding until approved by <br />appropriate authorized State agencies. . Once approved by the Department of General Services <br />the Std. 213 will be forwarded to your agency. The SCDD can not authorize any services or <br />payments to your agency prior to final approval.
