of a call placed by the City for emergencies, and within three (3) hours of a call placed by the <br />City for non -emergencies. <br />Mobile locksmith services include, but is not limited to: <br />1. Repairing existing door hardware; <br />2. Installing new door hardware; <br />3. Updating door hardware to meet disability access and life safety code compliance; <br />4. Rekeying door, filing cabinet, or other locks; <br />5. Duplicating keys, including vehicle keys; <br />6. Removing and properly disposing of all waste generated by the work; and <br />7. Maintaining an adequate and appropriate inventory of parts necessary to perform the <br />work. <br />2. Pavment Terms <br />The total not to exceed agreement amount is $90,000.00. Contractor will provide the Galaxy <br />Access Control System management services outlined herein for a flat fee of $25,140 per year. <br />Contractor will provide the Schlage Quad Primus Master Key System management services <br />outlined herein for a flat fee of $6,240 per year. The aforementioned flat fee for both the Galaxy <br />Access Control System and the Schlage Quad Primus Master Key System includes the cost of <br />labor, materials, and equipment required to perform systems management services. City shall <br />pay Contractor a not to exceed amount of $27,240 over the term of the Agreement for on-call <br />service requests by the City based on hourly labor per the rate schedule delineated below. <br />On -Call Service Rates: <br />On-call services occurring during normal business hours between the hours of 8:00 AM until <br />5:00 PM are to be invoiced using the "regular" hourly rate. Services requested after 5:00 PM but <br />before 10:00 PM are to be invoiced using the "overtime" hourly rate.
