The privately -owned park creates a dynamic outdoor experience and <br />enhances real estate value. A notable feature is a massive lawn that serves <br />as a "lunch room" for office workers. <br />Connectivity <br />Surrounding parks include Central Park (1 Mile), Madison Square Park (1 <br />Mile), and is 1/2 mile from Empire State Building. <br />PROJECT 08: Paley Park, New York, NY <br />Size <br />42,000 SF <br />Park Design <br />Paley Park contains a unique blend of materials, textures, and sounds all <br />designed to mask the sounds of the city.
