APPENDIX <br />Site Overview <br />Redwood City Council has begun <br />to facilitate implementation of the <br />Downtown Precise Plan (DTPP), and <br />with that, placed high priority on the <br />initiation and completion of DTPP Goal <br />#3: "Create a network of great public <br />open spaces."
