APPENDIX <br />Site Introduction <br />VI EXISTING CONDITIONS ANALYSIS <br />SITE 04: Marshall Street Garage <br />1 acre <br />Parking Spaces: 118 <br />This site is the top deck of the publicly -owned <br />Marshall Street Garage. It is bound by Jefferson, <br />Marshall, Main, and Broadway. <br />SITE 05: Spring Street <br />.5 acres <br />The smallest of the six sites under consideration, <br />the Spring Street site is bound by Marshall, <br />Main, and Walnut. It is located across the street <br />from a new housing development. It is currently <br />characterized by an island of underutilized green <br />space, although the site also includes the portion <br />of Spring Street between Walnut and the Main/ <br />Marshall intersection. <br />SITE 06: Bradford Street/ Redwood Creek <br />4.1 acres <br />At 4.1 acres, this site is the largest of the <br />considered sites.
