6.1.E. - Page 6 <br />1 *:/:11-311 111I1i_1% <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />The City shall prepare a scope of work for each individual project request. The scope <br />shall include a list of required tasks and time frame for deliverables. Typically, the tasks <br />will include review of project information, evaluation of potential environmental impacts, <br />and preparation of required CEQA documents. Attendance at public meetings or other <br />tasks will be requested on a case-by-case basis. <br />Scopes for individual projects shall be sent to the consultant with a deadline for <br />response. In the response, the consultant will include the staff resources they can <br />commit to the project, estimated timeline and cost for provision of services. <br />The City will evaluate that proposal, and, if it chooses, accept the proposal and initiate <br />work.
