Draft Scope of Work <br /> 1 Currently focused on Whipple due to past work, <br /> results Citywide Transportation Plan, and need <br /> (traffic volume, delays, collisions, etc) <br /> 2 Work Product: Project report will expand on <br /> previous studies and develop feasible alternatives for <br /> Whipple.
