Box 3046 <br />Redwood City, CA 94064 <br />Dear Mr. Ballard, <br />The City Council on October 1, 2018, has authorized me to issue this letter <br />permitting the Redwood City Education Foundation to conduct the 2018 OktobeRun <br />Event. This event is subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions <br />herein. <br /> <br />Permission is granted to the Redwood City Education Foundation (“Permittee”) by <br />the City of Redwood City (“City”). The permit is subject to the following terms and <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. Name of Event: The 2018 OktobeRun shall be conducted by the Permittee. <br /> <br />2. Revocation: This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by the <br />City. Any revocation will be accompanied by prompt written notice to <br />Permittee. Where possible, City will provide Permittee an opportunity to cure <br />any circumstance giving rise to City’s decision to revoke this permit. <br /> <br />3. Non-Transferability: This permit is non-transferable. <br /> <br />4. Location: The activities herein permitted shall be on portions of Bradford St, <br />Main St, Marshall St, Maple St, the Bridge to Nowhere, Bair Island Road until <br />connecting to the Bay Trail. A map is attached for reference. <br /> <br />5. Date and Time: The 2018 OktobeRun shall be conducted on Sunday October <br />28th, 2018. Set-up shall begin at approximately 5:30 am on Sunday, with the <br />event commencing at 7:30 am and ending by 11:00 am. The course shall be <br />completely cleared and the roadways reopened by 1:00 pm. <br />6.3.A. - Page 12
