<br />ATTAC1§ãWe ~~ <br /> <br />>Ii, <br /> <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />AND <br /> <br />AMPCO SYSTEM PARKI NG <br /> <br />FOR <br /> <br />OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF <br /> <br />JEFFERSON GARAGE, MARSHALL GARAGE, AND <br /> <br />MIDDLEFIELD LOT <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this - day of 2006 by <br />and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California (hereinafter "City") Ampco System Parking (a subsidiary of ABM <br />Industries Inc., hereinafter "Contractor"). <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />City is the owner of certain off-street parking facilities known as the <br />Jefferson Garage and Marshall Garage (hereinafter "Garages"), and a <br />parking lot known as the Middlefield Lot (hereinafter "Lot"); collectively <br />referred to herein as "Parking Facilities". <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Contractor has agreed to operate and maintain the Parking Facilities in <br />accordance with the terms and provisions of this Agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the covenants, promises and <br />Agreements hereinafter set forth, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />
