Auto Insurance <br /> <br />Should Contractor operate any passenger vehicle in performance of this <br />contract, Contractor shall have previously obtained a Comprehensive <br />Business Auto policy with a minimum limit of not less than $1,000,000 <br />combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage, providing at <br />least all of the following coverage's: Coverage shall be applicable to any <br />and all leased, owned, hired or non-owned vehicles used in any of the <br />activities associated with the operation. <br /> <br />4. Workers' Compensation and Emplovers' Liabilitv <br /> <br />Policy written in accordance with the laws of the State of California and <br />providing coverage for any and all employees of Contractor. This policy <br />shall: <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Provide coverage for Workers' compensation (Coverage A). <br /> <br />b, <br /> <br />Provide Coverage for $1,000,000 Employer's Liability (Coverage <br />B). <br /> <br />5.
