Resolution No. <br /> <br />and Regulations of the Redwood City Water Department (Public Works Services <br /> <br />Department) Relating to Water Rates: and Rescinding Resolution No. 14647 adopted <br /> <br />June 6, 2005, and operative July 1, 2005, is hereby rescinded. <br /> <br />3. This resolution shall be effective upon its adoption, provided, however, that <br /> <br />the rates and charges established pursuant to paragraph 1, shall be operative July 10, <br /> <br />2006 (the "Operative Date").
