Downtown Parking Requirements Updateand Introduction of an <br />Ordinance which Establishes New Off - Street Parking Requirements <br />and an In -Lieu Parking Fee Program for Development in Downtown - <br />CITY COUNCIL/ REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />Downtown Development Coordinator Zack explained the topic and the program. <br />(PowerPoint presentation on file.) <br />Council asked various questions. <br />M/S Howard /Foust to extend the meeting until 11:40 p.m. The motion passed <br />by a unanimous voice vote. <br />M/S Foust/Howard to extend the meeting until 12:00 a.m. The motion passed <br />by a unanimous voice vote. <br />Mayor Pierce opened the public hearing. <br />M/S Howard /Ira to close the public hearing.
