Any party may change its address by providing notice <br />thereof to the other parties. <br />17. In the event that either Owner or the City should bring suit for the possession of the <br />Premises, for the recovery of any sum due under this Agreement, or because of the breach of any <br />provision of this Agreement or for any other relief against the other, then all costs and expenses, <br />including reasonable attorneys', fees and costs, incurred by the prevailing party therein shall be <br />paid by the other party. <br />18. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts with the same effect as if both <br />parties hereto had executed the same document. Both counterparts shall be construed together and <br />shall constitute a single agreement. Signatures may be delivered electronically as pdf documents. <br />19.
