ORIGINAL <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO <br />DOCKTOWN LANDSIDE LICENSE AGREEMENT <br />This First Amendment to Docktown Landside License Agreement ("First Amendment") <br />is dated as o€ �i/� �,(o,?Z�, 'z9�9, by and between 1548 Maple, LLC, a Delaware limited <br />liability company ("Owner") and the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation ("City"). <br />Recitals <br />A. Owner and City entered into that certain Docktown Landside License Agreement, <br />dated October 2, 2018, for a month-to-month license expiring thirty (30) days after Owner's <br />written notice to City of termination but in no event later than January 1, 2020 ("Agreement"). <br />B. Owner and City now desire to extend the license term. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing Recitals and for other good and <br />valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy of which are hereby acknowledged, Owner and <br />City hereby agree as follows: <br />1. Extension of Tenn. The Tenn of the Agreement as set forth in Section 5 thereof <br />is hereby extended as a month-to-month license expiring thirty (30) days after Owner's written <br />notice to City of termination but in no event later than January 1, 2021. <br />2. Agreement in Effect.
