12. TERMINATION. A. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, without cause, upon seven (7) days' notice of discontinuance and termination of said Agreement given in writing. Such notice will be sufficient and complete when same is deposited in the United States mail, first class postage prepaid, to the address shown in the Section herein concerning notice. B. CITY may at any time, at its discretion, abandon or suspend any portion of work to be done under the terms of this Agreement. C. In the event of CITY's abandonment or suspension of CONSULTANT's work under this Agreement, or in the event of the termination of this Agreement, CONSULTANT will stop work at the stage directed by CITY and will deliver to CITY any and all reports, pleadings, discovery, agreements, research, studies, and any other file materials relating to the WORK, whether in draft or final form. At the discretion of CITY, CONSULTANT will also cancel all orders for goods or services connected with this Agreement which have not been delivered or received. 13. DISCRIMINATION AND HARASSMENT PROHIBITED. CONSULTANT will comply with all applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations prohibiting discrimination and harassment. 14. INSURANCE. CONSULTANT will obtain and maintain for the duration of the Agreement and any and all amendments, insurance against claims for injuries to persons or damage to property which may arise out of or in connection with performance of the Services by CONSULTANT or CONSULTANT's agents, representatives, employees or subcontractors. The insurance carrier is required to maintain an A.M. Best rating of not less than "A -:VII". 14.1 Coverages and Limits. CONSULTANT, at its sole expense, will maintain the types of coverages and minimum limits indicated below, unless otherwise approved by City in writing.
