Sidewalk Easement AT 343 Alameda De Las Pulgas, Redwood City CA Lands of Meza-Gratton and Waters A parcel of land being a portion of Parcel C as shown on "Parcel Map No. 2008-04, Lands of Polati" filed October 26, 2009 in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County, described as follows: A ship of land varying in width lying easterly of the westerly line of Parcel C as shown on Parcel Map 2008-04 (79 PM 20) and more particularly described as follows: Beginning of the southeasterly corner of said Parcel C said point also being on the easterly line of Alameda De Las Pulgas; thence leaving said corner of Parcel C southerly to the southerly boundary of said Parcel C South 3°08'0.5" West, 53.43 feet; thence along the southerly line westerly South 87°15'22" West 3.55 feet to the southwesterly corner of said Parcel, said point also being the easterly line of Alameda De Lag Pulgas; thence along the westerly boundary of Parcel C the following courses: 1. Thence along a curve to the right, having a radius of 696.34 feet, to which beginning a radial line bears North 83°30'00" West, through a central angle of 1°14'20", an arc distance of 15.061 feet; 2.
