EXHIBIT A <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />FOR. <br />Sidewalk Easement <br />AT <br />343 Alameda De Las Pulgas, Redwood City CA <br />Lands of Meza-Gratton and Waters <br />A parcel of land being a portion of Parcel C as shown on "Parcel Map No. 2008-04, <br />Lands of Polati" filed October 26, 2009 in the office of the County Recorder of San <br />Mateo County, described as follows: <br />A ship of land varying in width lying easterly of the westerly line of Parcel C as shown <br />on Parcel Map 2008-04 (79 PM 20) and more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning of the southeasterly corner of said Parcel C said point also being on the <br />easterly line of Alameda De Las Pulgas; thence leaving said corner of Parcel C southerly <br />to the southerly boundary of said Parcel C South 3°08'0.5" West, 53.43 feet; thence along <br />the southerly line westerly South 87°15'22" West 3.55 feet to the southwesterly corner of <br />said Parcel, said point also being the easterly line of Alameda De Lag Pulgas; thence <br />along the westerly boundary of Parcel C the following courses: <br />1. Thence along a curve to the right, having a radius of 696.34 feet, to which <br />beginning a radial line bears North 83°30'00" West, through a central angle of <br />1°14'20", an arc distance of 15.061 feet; <br />2. Tbence North 7°44'20" East, 19.96 feet; <br />3. Thence along a tangent curve to the left, having a radius of 279.45 feet, through a <br />central angle of 3°52'31", an arc distance of 18.90 feet, to the northwesterly <br />corner of said Parcel C, and the Point of Beginning of this legal description. <br />Containing 85 sgft, or 0.002 acres, more or less. <br />All as shown on plat to accompany legal description entitled "EXHIBIT `B" PLAT TO <br />ACCOMPANY LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR SIDEWALK EASEMENT, 343 <br />ALAMEDA DE LAS PULGAS", attached hereto and made apart hereof. <br />END OF DESCRIPTION <br />Prepared By or under the supervision of <br />4 Com, <br />Ja .
