EXHIBIT "A" <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />FOR <br />Sidewalk Easement <br />AT <br />355 Alameda De Las Pulgas, Redwood City CA <br />Lands of Le & Nguyen <br />A parcel of land being a portion of Parcel A as shown on "Parcel Map No. 2008-04, <br />Lands of Polati" filed October 26, 2009 in Book 79 of Maps, Pages 20 and 21, in the <br />office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County, described as follows: <br />A strip of land 3.50 feet in width, lying easterly of, and concentric with the curved <br />westerly line of Parcel A as shown on Parcel Map 2008-04 (79 PM 20) and more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the southwesterly comer of said Parcel A, said point also being on the <br />easterly line of Alameda De Las Pulgas; thence northerly along the westerly line of said <br />lands along a curve to the right, having a radius of 696.34 feet, to which beginning a <br />radial line bears South 82°56'30" West; through a central angle of 6°39'25", an arc <br />distance of 80.91 feet, to the northwesterly corner of said Parcel A. <br />The easterly curve of said strip to be shortened or lengthened as necessary to terminate at <br />the northerly line and the southerly line of said Parcel A. <br />Containing 282 sgft, or 0.006 acres, more or less. <br />All as shown on plat to accompany legal description entitled "EXHIBIT "B" PLAT TO <br />ACCOMPANY LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR SIDEWALK EASEMENT, 355 <br />ALAMEDA DE LAS PULGAS", attached hereto and made apart hereof <br />END OF DESCRIPTION <br />Prepared By or under the supervision of <br />Ja O'Connell, P.L.S. 9392 <br />June 1, 2018 <br />REV. 06-22-18 PR <br />
