EXHIBIT "A" <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />FOR <br />Sidewalk Easement <br />AT <br />357 Alameda De Las Pulgas, Redwood City CA <br />Lands of Padilla and Peralta <br />A parcel of land being a portion of Lot 2 in Block 17, as shown on "Oak Knoll Manor" <br />filed in Book 10 OF Maps at Pages 4 through 11 on May 10, 1916 in the office of the <br />County Recorder of San Mateo County, and as described in deed having document <br />#2013-064059 recorded in the office of the County Recorder on April 29, 2013, <br />described as follows: <br />A strip of land 3.50 feet in width lying easterly of, and concentric with the curved <br />westerly line of said portion of Lot 2 and more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the southwesterly comer of said portion of Lot 2, said point also being on <br />the easterly line of Alameda De Las Pulgas; thence northerly along the westerly line of <br />said Parcel B along a curve to the right, having a radius of 696.34 feet, to which <br />beginning a radial line bears South 77035'36" West; through a central angle of 5°20'53", <br />an arc distance of 65.00 feet, to the northwesterly comer of said portion of Lot 2. <br />The easterly curve of said strip to be shortened or lengthened as necessary to terminate at <br />the northerly line and the southerly line of said lands. <br />Containing 227 sqft, or 0.005 acres, more or less. <br />All as shown on plat to accompany legal description entitled "EXHIBIT "B" PLAT TO <br />ACCOMPANY LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR SIDEWALK EASEMENT, 357 <br />ALAMEDA DE LAS PULGAS", attached hereto and made apart hereof. <br />END OF DESCRIPTION <br />Prepared By or under the supervision of <br />J s K.
