By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an Improvement <br />Agreement with Kaiser Foundation Hospitals. <br />2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Demolition <br />Agreement with Kaiser Foundation Hospitals. <br />3. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Hold Harmless <br />Agreement with Kaiser Foundation Hospitals. <br />4. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an amended and <br />restated Landscape Maintenance Agreement with Kaiser Foundation Hospitals. <br />5.
