Department of California Highway Patrol <br />and City of Redwood City, Redwood City PD <br />Agreement #18C330001 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />EXHIBIT A <br />(Standard Agreement) <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Redwood City Area <br />office, the services described herein: <br />Furnish use of Contractor's weapons firing range facilities including restroom facilities if available; pay all <br />taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, maintenance fees and all other costs required to provide <br />use of the weapons firing range facility in accordance with this Agreement. Contractor agrees to remain <br />solely responsible for the normal maintenance and repair of the facilities. CHP will provide evidence of <br />insurance satisfactory to the City of Redwood City upon execution of this Agreement. CHP agrees to pay <br />Contractor any and all reasonable costs resulting from the destruction or partial destruction of the facility <br />which is caused as the result of the use of CHP's use and said facility. <br />2. The services shall be performed at: <br />City of Redwood City <br />Redwood City Police Department <br />1301 Maple Street <br />Redwood City, CA 94063 <br />3. The services shall be provided during: <br />Between the hours of 0600 and 2200, for day and night shoots. Exclusive use of the facilities by CHP must <br />be coordinated and mutually agreed to by both parties. <br />4.
