OR BUTTS" <br />Honorable Judge Swope: <br />Thank you for the opportunity to review and comment on the above referenced Grand Jury <br />Report filed on July 26, 2018. The Town of Atherton's response to both the findings and <br />recommendations are listed below. <br />Response to Grand Jury recommendations: <br />F10. The towns/cities of Colma, East Palo Alto, Half Moon Bay, Menlo Park, <br />ae, Pacifica, Portola Valley and San Carlos do not have smoking ordinances that <br />t smoking in their multiunit residences, except in some common areas. Atherton, <br />orough, and Woodside have no multiunit housing. <br />,nse: The Town of Atherton confirms that it does not have any multiunit <br />ig. <br />to the Grand Jury was considered by the City Council at a public meeting on <br />2018.
