3. AIl existing buildings which have storefront entries that are not funcfional shall be required to <br /> convert such storefront into a functional entry upon a change in tenancy. <br /> <br /> 4. At the ground floor, opaque, reflective, or dark tinted glass shall not be used for any portions <br /> of the building. <br /> <br /> 5. At least sixty percent (60%) of the length of the ground level, street-facing building facade <br /> below a height of eight (8) feet shall be transparent window surface. To qualify, the bottoms <br /> of the windows must be no more than four (4) feet above the adjacent exterior grade. This <br /> requirement does not apply to the walls of parking garages and residential units which are <br /> located on the ground floor. <br /> <br /> 6. When a site adjoins a parking plata, an entranceto the parking plaza for customer use shall be <br /> provided. <br />(Ord. 1130.281, eft. 12-19-91: Ord. 1130.310 § 67, eft. 4-21-01) <br /> <br />26.12 Off-street Parking. <br /> Parking facilities shall be provided in accordance with Article 30. In addition, parking facilities <br />shall: <br /> <br />A. Reduce the visual impact of parking structures and parking lots by locating them at the rear or <br /> interior portions of parcels; <br /> <br />B. Minimize the street frontage of the parking lot or structure by placing its shortest horizontal edge <br /> along the street; <br /> <br />C. Not have frontage on Broadway or Main Street; <br /> <br />D.
