: .IC ? <br /> Exhibit "A" <br /> <br /> Scope of Services <br /> <br />City will provide all services required for the Program including, but not limited to, the <br />following: <br /> <br />(a) Provide administrative support and program supplies. <br /> <br />(b) Provide after school programs three (3) hours per day, five (5) days per week, <br /> throughout the school year to the conclusion of this Agreement. <br /> <br />(c) Provide supervision for open multi-purpose drop-in programs at Fair Oaks and <br /> Hoover schools dudng evening hours. <br /> <br />(d) Provide Red Morton Community Center membership for families with students <br /> attending John Gill and Hawes schools. <br /> <br />(e) Schedule and administer field trips for families of the children involved in the after <br /> school programs. <br /> <br />(f) Conduct after school program reporting and evaluation. <br /> <br />(g) Develop after school program sustainability plan. <br /> <br />(h) Hire one administrative clerk. <br /> <br />(i) Hire one site coordinator and six recreation leaders per site. <br /> <br />(k) Hire program staff to conduct evaluation and resource development. <br /> <br /> F:AttyAgr/Agr.072 5 <br /> 091602 <br /> <br /> <br />
