EXHIBIT A <br /> <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />Big Brothers and Big Sisters of San Francisco and the Peninsula <br /> FISCAL YEAR 2002/2003 <br /> <br /> CONTRACT OBJECTIVES <br /> <br /> By end of Fiscal Year 2002-2003 HSFA Program Year, BBBS will: <br /> <br /> Recruit 2-3 volunteers living in Redwood City or nearby <br /> communities on the Peninsula. <br /> <br /> Identify 2-3 at risk children living in Redwood City who are likely <br /> to benefit from mentorship opportunities. <br /> <br /> Make 2-3 mentorship matches between volunteers identify under <br /> objective 1 and at risk Redwood City children identify through <br /> objective 2. <br /> <br /> Maintain 75% of these matches for over a year, from the date of <br /> match. <br /> <br /> Track program client's progress on key indices of emotional, <br /> mental, and behavioral growth through our program outcome <br /> evaluation (POE) surveys of the children teachers and mentors. <br /> <br /> <br />
