Support/Crisis Line will provide emergency telephone <br /> assistance to a minimum of 575 victims and/or potential victims of <br /> domestic violence in FY 02-03. <br /> <br /> 80% of those clients calling the Support/Crisis Line in a crisis <br /> situation will learn at least one concrete action that can address <br /> their crisis situation by the end of the call as measured by their <br /> ability to restate that option to the Support/Crisis Line staff <br /> person. <br /> <br /> <br />
