EXHIBIT A <br /> <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />YOUTH AND FAMILY ASSISTANCE - CRISIS INTERVENTION AND SUICIDE <br />PREVENTION <br /> FISCAL YEAR 2002 / 2003 <br /> <br /> CONTRACT OBJECTIVES <br /> <br /> 1,500 Redwood City residents will receive crisis-counseling services <br /> via 24-hour crisis lines.' <br /> 150 youth who are residents of Redwood City will participate in the <br /> one-hour educationals provided by the Youth Intervention Team. <br /> Five (5} residents of Redwood City will receive crisis intervention <br /> services provided by the Youth Intervention Team. <br /> Five (5) of the volunteers recruited will be residents of Redwood <br /> City. <br /> <br /> <br />
