CONSENT CALENDAR AGENDA PAGE NUMBER 11 <br />Vice Mayor Howard recused herself from voting on item 6.1.G due to conflict of interest <br />that she sits on the YMCA Board and abstained from voting on that item. <br />Councilmember Gee recused himself from voting on item 6.1.1 due to a Fair Political <br />Practices Commission (FPPC) conflict of interest and abstained from voting on that item. <br />M/S Aguirre/Howard to approve the Consent Calendar excluding items 6.1.G and 6.1.1. <br />Motion passes unanimously by electronic vote. <br />M/S Masur/Borgens to approve item 6.1.G, approve and authorize the City Manager to <br />execute Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreements with Sandis Civil <br />Engineers Surveyors Planners for additional time and scope related to expansion of site <br />survey for traffic calming measures as part of the Veterans Memorial Building/Senior <br />Center -YMCA Project. Motion passes 6-0-1 by electronic vote with Vice Mayor <br />Howard recused and abstained. <br />M/S Aguirre/Howard to approve item 6.1.1, approve and authorize the City Manager to <br />execute Amendment No. 1 to the Amended and Restated Agreement for Professional <br />Services with CDM Smith, Inc., extending the term of the agreement for a period of two <br />years, regarding a feasibility study for the Downtown Transit Center and Broadway <br />Streetcar line.
