CONSENT CALENDAR Councilmember Masur recused herself from voting on Item 6.3.B. due to a conflict of interest that her residence is within 500 feet of the subject area. Motion and second (Aguirre/Masur) to approve all items on the Consent Calendar, excluding items 6.1.1 and 6.3.B. The motion passes 6-0 by electronic vote with Councilmember Gee absent. Motion and second (Aguirre/Masur) to approve Consent Item 6.1.1. The motion passes 6-0 by electronic vote with Councilmember Gee absent.
