Recommendation: <br />Adopt a Resolution Authorizing the Bay Area Water Supply and <br />Conservation Agency to Negotiate with the City and County of San <br />Francisco to Amend the Water Supply Agreement with Wholesale Water <br />Agencies <br />A RESOLUTION NO. 15700 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY AUTHORIZING THE BAY AREA WATER SUPPLY AND <br />CONSERVATION AGENCY TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE CITY AND COUNTY OF <br />SAN FRANCISCO TO AMEND THE WATER SUPPLY AGREEMENT <br />6.3. B. Expand the Residential Parking Permit Area "S" to Arch Street and <br />Lexington Avenue (703) <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution to expand the existing Residential Permit Parking (RPP) <br />Area "S" in the Mt. Carmel neighborhood, to include Arch Street and <br />Lexington Avenue, and find that the proposed action is exempt from the <br />requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under <br />CEQA Guidelines Sections 15303 (New Construction and Small Structures) <br />and 15305 (Minor Alterations in Land Use Limitations) <br />A RESOLUTION NO. 15702 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY EXPANDING THE RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING AREA "S" <br />TO ARCH STREET AND LEXINGTON AVENUE IN THE MT. CARMEL <br />NEIGHBORHOOD; AND AUTHORIZING THE ERECTION OF APPROPRIATE <br />SIGNS AND THE ISSUANCE OF PERMITS FOR SAID AREA <br />C. By motion, accept a Funding Agreement with the San Mateo County <br />Transportation Authority, and by resolution, approve an amendment to <br />the FY 2018-19 budget to record grant revenue and appropriate funds <br />for the Ferry Project (304) <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, authorize the City Manager to execute the Funding Agreement of <br />Measure A Ferry Program Category Funds from the San Mateo County <br />Transportation Authority in the amount of $450,000 for the financial <br />feasibility and cost -benefit analysis phase, for a total grant award of <br />$450,000; and by resolution, approve an amendment to the Fiscal Year <br />2018-2019 budget to record revenue and appropriate funds in the amount of <br />$450,000 for the Redwood City Ferry Terminal Project under the Various <br />Transportation Grants Fund <br />A RESOLUTION NO. 15701 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY TO RECORD REVENUE RECEIVED FROM THE MEASURE A <br />FERRY PROGRAM IN THE AMOUNT OF $450,000 AND APPROVE AN <br />APPROPRIATION AMENDMENT TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2018-19 BUDGET TO <br />INCREASE THE BUDGET OF THE FERRY TERMINAL PROJECT IN THE <br />AMOUNT OF $450,000 FOR THE PURPOSE OF COMPLETING A FINANCIAL <br />FEASIBILITY STUDY AND COST BENEFIT ANALYSIS <br />JOINT CITY COUNCIUSUCCESSOR AGENCY BOARD/ September 10, 2018 <br />PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY MEETING AGENDA PAGE 5 <br />
