Expand the Residential Parking Permit Area "S" to Arch Street and <br />Lexington Avenue (703) <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution to expand the existing Residential Permit Parking (RPP) <br />Area "S" in the Mt. Carmel neighborhood, to include Arch Street and <br />Lexington Avenue, and find that the proposed action is exempt from the <br />requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under <br />CEQA Guidelines Sections 15303 (New Construction and Small Structures) <br />and 15305 (Minor Alterations in Land Use Limitations) <br />A RESOLUTION NO. 15702 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY EXPANDING THE RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING AREA "S" <br />TO ARCH STREET AND LEXINGTON AVENUE IN THE MT. CARMEL <br />NEIGHBORHOOD; AND AUTHORIZING THE ERECTION OF APPROPRIATE <br />SIGNS AND THE ISSUANCE OF PERMITS FOR SAID AREA <br />C.
